North Hillingdon Methodist Church and Covid-19

   Dear friends,

Our thoughts go out to all of you who have been affected by this unprecedented event.
We hope and pray you are all well.

Your health and the health of our church family are our absolute priority.
And as such, in line with the government recent guidance and national Methodist Church policy,
North Hillingdon Methodist Church is closed for public worship until further notice.

The same applies to other Methodist churches in Hillingdon and Harrow. We will be reviewing this situation on a regular basis.
Likewise, all church and brigade groups meeting on the premises are suspended until further notice.

Despite this, North Hillingdon Methodist Church remains a praying and worshipping community.
We are just discovering how to do this differently.

While we may have been told to distance ourselves socially, we can always find a way to stay connected.
Content on our church Facebook(@Northhillingdonmethodistchurch) and our website will be updated.

We have introduced a weekly bible study email. contact Rev: Ken (ken.kingston@methodist.org.uk) or
Prima (hahemcoffice@btinternet.com) to join the distribution list.

The Methodist website is also providing resources
(https://www.methodist.org.uk/our-faith/worship/singing-the-faith-plus/seasons-and-themes/worship-during-the-coronavirus-pandemic/)
for worship during the coronavirus pandemic.

In this worrying time, please spare a thought for those who are in greater need,
your neighbours and if you can please try to support the local food banks
who are experiencing shortages during this time.
You can find collection points for these at many of the main supermarkets.

We will continue to pray for you.

Rev Ken and all at North Hillingdon Methodist Church.
